Computational Couture Show: Charming Burka
This burka has "a digital layer added so that women can decide for themselves where they want to position themselves virtually" - it can send an image - chosen by the wearer - via Bluetooth technology. Back to blogging
I finally figured out how to log back into my blog!!! Oh, the possibilities...
I have spent the past couple of months doing many cool things, including moving back to the NYC / New Jersey area from Florida, interning with artist Ellen Frank in East Hampton, Long Island (check it out at www.efiaf.org/cities/citiesofpeace.htm ), moving into and working at a house full of international students, interns, and travelers in Brooklyn (where I also painted a mural), and recently traveling to Boston with my sister and Mom for a "computational couture" fashion show. I'll be posing these soon!
